1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Tuckt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Not regulated financial advice

Tuckt is not a regulated financial adviser. Nothing in the App — including AI-generated insights, analysis, recommendations, or the Wealth Report — constitutes regulated financial, tax, investment, or legal advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or any other applicable regulation.

The App is a tool for tracking, organising, and modelling your own financial information. All figures, projections, and AI commentary are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. Always consult a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser before making investment, pension, tax, or other significant financial decisions.

We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made based on information or insights provided by the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom [or applicable jurisdiction] to use Tuckt.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Tuckt offers a free trial period of [7] days, after which continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription (Tuckt Pro)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via the Apple App Store, in accordance with Apple's standard subscription terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, via your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy, not directly by us
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

6. Your data and content

• You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the App
• You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the App's functionality (including sending relevant data to third-party AI/analytics providers as described in our Privacy Policy)
• You're responsible for the accuracy of data you enter — the App's calculations and AI insights are only as accurate as the information you provide

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App - Share your account with others - Use the App to provide financial advice to third parties as a business

8. AI features

The App includes AI-generated analysis and chat features powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should independently verify any important figures before relying on them.

9. Third-party services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g. TrueLayer for bank connections, price data providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to those providers' own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying code are the property of [Your company/name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuckt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made using App-provided information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
