Tuckt is not a regulated financial adviser. Nothing in the App — including AI-generated insights, analysis, recommendations, or the Wealth Report — constitutes regulated financial, tax, investment, or legal advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or any other applicable regulation.
The App is a tool for tracking, organising, and modelling your own financial information. All figures, projections, and AI commentary are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. Always consult a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser before making investment, pension, tax, or other significant financial decisions.
We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made based on information or insights provided by the App.

The App includes AI-generated analysis and chat features powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should independently verify any important figures before relying on them.
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g. TrueLayer for bank connections, price data providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to those providers' own terms.
The App, its design, branding, and underlying code are the property of [Your company/name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuckt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made using App-provided information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
